Located in Jesús María, we have 2 very comfortable apartments of 86m2 in a very nice a quiet area (Av. San Felipe). In the near area you will have several malls and shopping centers at your disposal in a friendly neighourhood. You will also find various restaurants which serve foreign meals and also the traditional Peruvian meals. The building is less than one year old and has 24 hour security at the door every day the whole year. The apartments are well spaced, very comfortable, they have a great view and one is suited for 5 persons maximum and the other is suited for 4 persons maximum. Apartment 1 / 5 persons: - Living/dining room with cosy furniture, cable TV + channels, DVD and radio. - The kitchen has modern equipment like a refrigerator, microwave, oven, tableware and glasses. - 1 main bedroom, double bed, with private bathroom. - 1 bedroom, double bed, with a shared bathroom. - 1 bedroom, small double bed, with a shared bathroom. - Additionally a service bathroom. Apartment 2 / 4 persons: - Living room with cosy furniture, cable TV + channels, DVD and radio. - Dining room with cosy furniture. - The kitchen has modern equipment like a refrigerator, microwave, oven, tableware and glasses. - Washing machine. - 1 main bedroom, double bed, with private bathroom. - 1 bedroom, small double bed, with a shared bathroom. - Additionally a service bathroom. Everything comes with quality linen and covers and everything is very clean. Minimum stay is 5 days and the price includes maintenance, security 24 hours, (hot)water, gas and electricity. IMPORTANT NOTE: Right now a great part of Lima is under construction. The government is reconstructing whole neighbourhoods to make the environment a better place to live. You will not be disturbed by this at night but you will see this out on the streets. You will enjoy the apartment definitely! Communication can be done in English, German and Spanish.
