I arrived in Lima late and tired the taxi was right there to pick me up and got me to the hotel quickly. I ate in the restaraunt and was quite pleased with the service and the food. Both the room and the hotel were extremely clean. Good for a quick overnight in Lima. Reliable airport transfers, friendly & helpful staff, good room for the night, and breakfast was included.

our details were given to a random taxi company that charged us way more for the transfer than the hotel advised us. the hotel also charged us more than was advised in the email. they also incorrectly advised us about getting back to the airport and we were late for our flight. it was overall...

I stayed here because it was close to the airport. I arrived faily late and had an early flight to cusco the next day. It was only 5 mins from the terminal. Hotel was secure, but neighborhood was only so-so. Its perfect for one night so that you don't have to sleep in the terminal, but that... more I stayed here because it was close to the airport. Its perfect for one night so that you don't have to sleep in the terminal, but that is about it (ie, you get out of the car (which they will send), go straight in, go to bed, get in the car in the morning).close

Hmmm.... good and bad. We stayed here one night instead of sleeping in the airport during our 20 layover in Lima. The room was dark, and the hotel is in a bad neighborhood. We accidently left our new digital camera at the hotel when we left the next morning for Cusco. When we called them they... more Hmmm.... good and bad. We stayed here one night instead of sleeping in the airport during our 20 layover in Lima. The room was dark, and the hotel is in a bad neighborhood. We accidently left our new digital camera at the hotel when we left the next morning for Cusco. When we called them they found it immediately and held it for us since we stayed there on the way back through Lima for the same reasons. Our real complaints are that they charged 20% surcharge for us to pay in Soles, their own currency, they only wanted dollars. I don't even live in the USA, why would I have dollars??? I find this an appalling practice. Also, the taxi service they use to provide service to the airport ripped us off, and the hotel didn't even try to do anything to help us out. On the brighter side they have a different taxi service which took us to the town center and returned at an appointed time to pick us up and return us to the hotel and it only cost 10 dollars, a lot less then the 30 that many taxis will try to charge you.close

We had some problems with our pick up from the airport, as a representative of the hotel had been in contact with us, saying he would arrange for the pick up. When we arrived, there was no one there, and we had to phone the hotel to see what had happened. In the end, they had no idea about this... more We had some problems with our pick up from the airport, as a representative of the hotel had been in contact with us, saying he would arrange for the pick up. When we arrived, there was no one there, and we had to phone the hotel to see what had happened. In the end, they had no idea about this representative who received our online booking and who had been in contact. It was very inconvenient having to arrange the pick up on arrival ourselves, being hounded by other taxi drivers. Be aware of this when booking...close
