My reservations were changed the night before my arrival and I was put up at the Hotel Monte Real. I can't really rate the San Agustin Colonial, but your survey requires all entries so here they are.

2The staff was amazing. We had many questions and they always helped with a smile. It was much appreciated after not having as much hospitality in other hotels within Peru.
