we would recommend pirwa hostal to anybody visiting lima , the staff are super friendly and so helpful . . we really enjoyed our stay there , its a must go !

Im a German Backpacker who had the pleasure to stay at Pilwa for a few days. The stuff over here is very helpful, if you should get lost in Lima, which happend to me quite often. :) The hostel is very close to Parque Kennedy and compared to other places in Lima, its quite cheap. I hope you...

Pirwa hostal is awesome!! it has great HOT showers and a outdoor balcony upstairs where the friendly staff serve you breakfast...anyone staying in lima should check this place out, the beds are especially comfy!!

This was a wonderful hostel in a great location, close to everything. The staff was great and answered all of my questions and helped direct me to places to go. I would highly recommend them!

We booked a dorm room but when we got there they said that we could have a private for no extra, which was very nice! The staff where very helpfull and the beds very comfy too. Would recomend

lovely friendly staff, however reception was often unmanned with no way of contacting staff. I stayed in a four bed male dorm, but to get to it you have to walk through a 4 bed female dorm. Why not just call it an 8 bed dorm which is what it really is. More lockers needed. Standard rooms, as nearly all hostels in Lima. Maybe a little bit "soul-less" building. One could say town equals hostals :) But therefore the staff really mad up to it: friendly and very helpful. The rooftop terrace is quite nice, too.

The staff really put this place as a top pick, they were absolutely wonderful during my stay and as a solo traveler that was indispensable; I am eternally grateful!! The location was also great, on a nice quiet street but very very close to the center of Miraflores.

there was a breakdown in communication in staff, we had paid and the girl on the desk had not written it down, when we left we had difficulty convincing staff we had already paid. This was at 4am when we were trying to get a taxi for the airport, the hostel provided the taxi. didn't have our booking so we were lumped with a substandard room. And the tried to charge us the double room price after making us wait 90 minutes.

A good little place for a short stay, its in a safe area, the beds are great and the owner is cool, really helpful and knows the places to go. Would recommend it!

There for 1 night, ill and had no sleep. Our room was next to the reception. The staff and others staying at the hostel kept making noise. We asked 3 times for them to be quite. Staff were really lovely, even got a free guided tour of miraflores with a couple of the guys! The dorms are pretty cramped, fine on the first night but the second i was in a huge dorm full for a college trip which was really loud all through the night. But i guess thats just luck! Everything...

The staff was more than helpful. They went above and beyond what was needed. I felt very at home during my stay here. The people who work here did everything they could to make us feel like friends, not just patrons. This is easily the best hostel experience I have had. Well worth every minute!
