Only drawback was there was little opportunity for interaction with other hostel dwellers.In that respect it was more like a good class hotel

Great place - good location - door locks could have been a bit more secure - but apart from that spot on. Would defo recommend.

Second year in a row I stayed here-an excellent bargain! Close enough to center area in Mira Flores and to nearby ruins, far enough away to avoid the noise and activity there. Main staff person Carla is very profesional!

The hostel is nice, clean, less than 10 minutes walk to Miraflores roundabout and staff are good. However it's not great for socialising, compared to other hostels i've been in. Good for sleeping, not great for meeting people and partying. (Might have been completely different if it wasn't so...

I booked the hostel one week in advance via this booking service but when I arrived at 10 pm the hostel was complete. They seem not to check reservations made with this service. I can't say anything else about inkalodge but at the end i stayed at inkawasi for one week. it is very nice and secure. No hostel but some kind of private guesthouse.close

Very nice and small hostel. Almost felt like we were alone sometimes. Free breakfast that is really good and the staff helps out alot even if their english isn`t the best. Stay here:)

Would recemmend to anyone, its the cleanest hostel ive stayed in, the beds were really comfortable the staff friendly, the hostel had been done out in real inca style, and it was really nice. definitely worth staying in! Rachael, England

Although being in the nicer area of Lima - Miraflores - Inka Lodge wasn't especially close to the main square. You did have to walk about 6 blocks to get to anything worthwhile. However the staff were very helpful with maps and things, and for one night before a transfer to Cusco it was all I...

Great and central place to stay, recently rennovated so its like brand new, double rooms are like little hotel rooms. Friendly and helpful staff and a well equipped kitchen, breakfast was also very good.

Myself, husband & 2 boys (7 & 6 yrs old) stayed here for 4 days. It was really nice and modern, safe, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Its about a 10min walk down to the main central area of miraflores - but even walking at night we felt safe. Would recommend staying here.

It's a great option if you're looking for a clean, secure and friendly place to stay in Lima-Peru. Close from Miraflores center and about 5-6 blocks from Miraflores Beach. I recommend.

We booked a 3 bed shared bathroom and we finally get a 6 beds dorm. She charge us the price of the 3 beds wich is higher than a 6 beds dorm. Very clean hostel in decent location, the staff dont speak english but neither should you in south america. Prices are a bit high but you do get cleaniness, comfort and a good nights rest. Free internet handy, although keyboards are not great!

really nice and clean hostel, i really enjoyed my stay there and would definetely go back! the only thing was, they tended to mix up the reservations, so a lot of people had to change rooms at least once

Very good hostel with very friendly staff. The downside was no private bathroom and the staff speaks only spanish. Choose one of the rooms upstairs to avoid the noise from the gate and reception.

Although the staff didn't speak very much English, they were very helpful, speaking to us and arranging things (buses, taxis) in Spanish. We got by! A very clean and friendly hostel.

The website also states that you can organise surf lessons through them and although we emailed them several times before our arrival they did not reply.close

Massively overrated! made a booking for private triple room but were told that the only room available was a single room at almost the same price. not just bad luck however - a couple arrived a while after us with the same problem and had to take a dorm. No apologies either. Unfortunately there was no water at all for over a day and no-one seemed to be fixing the problem - not nice when all toilets are shared and stuff can´t be flushedclose
