Great family run hostel who'll treat you like one of their own.Spotless airy rooms with comfortable beds and GREAT breakfasts.The owner, Gilf, is a mountain guide who can organise any tour and will go out of his way to help you.Only downside is its a bit far from the main plaza

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Maruja. The family made us feel very welcome and were so kind, making us tea and sandwiches all the time. The hostal is very modern and clean, and our room was very bright and homely. The breakfasts are delicious, pancakes and eggs,much better than many other... more We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Maruja. The breakfasts are delicious, pancakes and eggs,much better than many other hostels. The hostal is a short taxi ride from the town centre but it is very cheap and only costs 3 soles.close

A wonderful family atmosphere! Excellent local knowledge. Good trekking to the ruins from the front door...a very positive experience.
