The manager is a very helpful and hospitable person. Sad to learn that the hotel will close down next year as the owner is terminating the lease.

We stayed there again for less than 12hrs, but the staff are friendly, they dont speak english, 15min walk from the station and also we thought we had two singles in our room when we had two doubles so that was great!

This place is exactly what you think of when you talk about a hotel in France. Only bad thing is that there is no air conditioning, but there are fans.

the breakfast was very poor indeed for the 7 euro price. The hotel prices were too high for the quality of the hotel.

Tourist information was excellent. The view from room 334 made our stay and the linen was as clean as any 4 star hotel.

need to renovate bathroom with more modern equipment (bidets are outdated) and include a door for the bathroom. Airconditioning should be available as well.

The location was unbeatable and the staff was friendly as well as willing to help us when we had to add an extra bed for one night. I only say "average" on character and fun because unlike a nasty youth hostel-type place, drunk jackasses didn't wake us up in the middle of the night when we were trying to sleep--which is exactly what I look for in accomodation. The sheets, shower, and toilet were very clean. Definitely stay here if you want a quiet, clean, friendly place to stay.close

Excellent hotel overall, but you should know that breakfast isn't included. It costs 7 euro for a buffet, and for 9 euro they will bring you breakfast in bed!

Because it was late we reluctantly had to book a night there, they only apparently had one room free for one night, so what we'd booked wasnt even available. We quickly found ourselves somewhere else and hope that we were not charged for the accomodation they apparently had no knowledge of booking. Not recommended as they didn't even know who hostelworld were.close

My single room was at the back so quiet but no view - front rooms face a fairly busy road but look like they have double glazing. Largest bathroom (with bath) I've ever had in a cheapish French hotel. First night was hot and sweaty due to plastic mattress protector on my bed - fine after I discovered and removed it. .Friendly staff. Breakfast (6 Euros) could be updated - no fruit or yoghurt or cereal etc, just fruit juice, croissant and bread with one type of jam. I'd certainly stay there again.close

Good location for seeing the sites, but not super close to the train station. Beyond that, the room was super comfy and had lots of character. The staff don't speak much english though so be warned!

The hotelier was really, really friendly. Reception is open 24 hrs. The decor in the bedroom was a bit dated but the en suite bathroom made up for that!
