Penang is so laid-back, with excellent food and sights to see. |

Loved Penang. Stayed on Ferringhi Beach and found the people really easy-going and the atmosphere quite laid back. The night market and foodcourt in Ferringhi made the place come alive after dark! |

A lots of hidden jewel , just asks around and you will uncover them . The hotel is a good place for correct information. |

No idea why anyone would stay here except to get a boat to somewhere else, there are so many better places in malaysia. its seedy dirty and rat infested. And to top it off has absolutely nothing to do or see. stay away unl;ess you like package holiday prostitutes. |

An annual event at December in Penang beside the beach, good chance to meet musicians from abroad and get exposed to different genres of music.
Definitely one event not to be missed out!! |

its a nice spot, it can get expensive if you get taxis. the public buses are fine if not a little slow but they get you there. had good fun in kuana bar in batu ferringhi, great food too, staff are great. |

Had a fantastic time chilling out in Batu Ferringhi in Penang. The beach isn't brilliant (you can't swim in it, really and the jet skis are a bit off-putting) but love the atmosphere, food and weather. Well-worth a visit. |

the public transport it so difficult.most of taxi driver is charge too expensive it most worst frm kuala lumpur.at least some in kuala lumpur the taxi driver still used the meter but here not at all.so the cost for taxi is same 1 day price for the hotel.public bus is totaly slow take u 2 hours frm batu frenggi to ferry terminal.food is nice totaly diffrent.but one thing all the shop closed at 8pm everyday dont know why.so hope the local goverment will do something wit this problem so that can make more people come to penang for holiday. |

georgetown ain\'t so great, but get out of the city if you really want to see panang. Batu Ferenghi is great. good night markets and the monkey beach walk was the best part of our stay in malaysia...absolutly beautiful. E and T guest house is right on the beach too with lovely people. |

Amazing - great watersports, Long Beach food court (so tasty and cheap), the Gurney shopping plaza...the list goes on! |

Penang is good for the food but not much else, the city is so small and the beach is murky with jellyfish. Only need 2 days to see the beach (main resort is batu ferringhi), the island (mainly the snake temple), penang hill (good if you want a view) and food markets. But i\'d probs recommend going to Langkawi instead. |
