save your money and stay at one of the many guest houses on the actual beach. this is a taxi or shuttle ride away from the real beach and a pain to go back and forth. the place is nice and the staff amazing, but you're not near anything.

Staff were either really nice or abrupt.....no happy medium.close

Hilarious! It's full of old Grannies, but you get a great pool and nice rooms for pretty cheap. Recommended if you love old folks.

Excellent staff and fantastic food, just a shame it's not right in the centre as free shuttle only runs til 3pm. Taxi into Batu Ferringhi was 10 Ringgiit each way.

This was an interesting mix - nicer than a hostel, older and more rundown than a real beach resort. Overall, nice rooms, and good facilities, but it's all really old.
