Very nice hotel to stay. Only problem was that our room was in the fifth floor and there is no lift in the hotel.

stayd here a few nights, staff were nice, free internet was good, and food was great! is vey noisy at night...until at least 3am, as its close to lots of night clubs. value for money- this place is good. but you can get cheaper, and closer to the beach with bigger hotels. but its a good place to...

Nice enough place no problem. Pedalled as 4 star but i'd say 'a good 3' as there's no lift/phone/intermittent hot water. Well situated but can be noisy depending on room i guess. 10 min walk to beach but there are plenty of bikes/taxis nearby if you're fat. Jontiem beach nearby is nicer/quieter...

They took me to another inn on next street and offered me another room there at 550bht which looked crap and had no window. I said 'no' to their offer and we went back to Chaiyapoon Inn again to demand for a better solution. Got back, had to kick a minor fuss and tell them that I've already paid my deposit for room on the net before they actually decided to release another room from someone else's booking. We accepted the new offer. Now, with the room, there wasn't hot water though it was promised. TV reception was bad and all channels looked blur and grainy. Asked reception if there were free bottled water and breakfast included in our package and they said NO. Well, we paid 890bht for two person for a room at Chaiyapoon Inn for one night, not cheap actually. Went around the next street looking for alternative inns/guest house to shift in for next day. Saw a couple and found Rinya House. It looked great and charged only 720Bht for a far better room then Chaiyapoon Inn. Plus free bottled water thrown in and free American breakfast, all included for just 720Bht. Now my question to everyone: why should you pay 890+Bht for an average room for two person per night and get nothing, no water, no breakfast and also been made to walk around by the staff to look for another inn when you've paid and it's the inn's staff fault for not checking their email for your booking confirmation?? Think about this... Lastly, we found out that two other guest paid only 550bht to stay at Chaiyapoon Inn for one night, one room. Why are we charged for two person's rate to stay in one room/one night at this website?close
