One of the most famous of Paris' monuments, building of it was finished under King Louis-Philippe. There is pedestrian access via an underpass and there is an exterior observation level which is accessible by a lift or stairs.

“ It is actually huge arc in the middle of big roundabout. DO NOT try to cross the road throught to the arc as there are no lines on the road and those drivers are just crazy.
