Description of Apartment Gaspard Monge
Located in the heart of Paris on the left bank, this 2 rooms apartment is a perfect base for your stay in Paris. It puts you within easy walking distance of Notre Dame, the Sorbonne, the Pantheon and the quartier latin. You will enjoy the village life of the Mouffetard neighbourhood with open air market, bakers shops, butchers, restaurants, student bars and cafes Do you like walking, visit the Jardin des Plantes and its zoo and the amphitheatre of Lutetia, a vestige of Roman times, the Museum of the Middle Ages is in the Square de Cluny. The apartment is 40 square meters, with hard wood parquet, on 5th floor. The living area, overlooking rue Monge, is very clear thanks to the 3 windows with balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, 2 armchairs, chairs and dining table for 4 people. Flat screen TV set with 60 channels. Fast internet access The sleeping room includes a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with all standard brand-new appliances including burners, micro wave, fridge, deep freezer, dishwasher and everything else you will need to allow you to cook your meals. Toilets and bathroom with basin and shower + washing machine, all new. Linen and towels are provided. Building is equipped with security code. Lift under construction, operational on and after 1st May 2010 No hidden extras Check in and Key Pick-Up: We acknowledge every booking by e-mail (be sure to give a valid e-mail address). We will meet you in the apartment on the specified arrival time (normal time is from 2.00 to 8.00 P.M, later arrival will be overcharged 25 €) Arriving on time is the only way to get your keys (don't under-estimate time spent in customs and transport). Security deposit when picking up keys: 300 € Check Out : From 9.00 to 12.00 A.M at your apartment for inventory and deposit refund. Cancellation: if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours from the arrival date, we will charge the first night's accommodation cost. A special insurance policy can cover your personal liability, cancellation and curtailment.
