If you do not speak average Frnech do not stay here. It is not in Paris, its about 20-25 mins out. The hostel owner was friendly and helpful but noone else in the town does (or will) speak English. Its clean and cheap but cramped and old. We would not stay here again.

this place is safe and clean, also I gave my credit card number as security so that I didn't have to leave $50 as I saw some people who left early had probs with this....they have also installed a late night swipe entry system....so no lock out. good value

This is a good clean place. It is located just south of Paris, however the metro is only five minutes away and from there you can go anywhere. I would recommend getting a metro pass. The hotel is in a quiet nieghbourhood (not a lot of partying, if that is what you are looking for). Both the...

Generally really good, except nobody was available for my 7am checkout (said they were open at 7), so I couldn't get my €50 key deposit back. I did leave them a note asking them to post it to me, but never received anything.

A really good hotel in Malakoff, a nice area at the outskirts of paris. The hotel is near to the metrostation. Nice englishspeaking staff. I would go there again, it was cheap, clean and good.

Very kind receptionist, close to shops, metro and good restaurants. Small but comfortable room. Private ensuite was of a good standard. Highly recommend this place if you are interested in having a look at suburban Paris and don't mind a metro ride into the city centre.

Hotel was clean and friendly...but the directions on how to get there were very hard to follow. It's right down the street from the train station though which is nice once you actually find it.

The hostel is great for a family trip! It's 10 minutes by Metro to the Centre and the room we stayed in was great, it was more like a hotel room than a hostel room...was a great trip to Paris with a great place to stay! Only have good thoughts about it!

The owner is very nice, the place is a very quick walk to the Metro stop, a cafe creme (cafe au lait) is only 2,20 Euro, and the little town of Malakoff has a Franprix, boulanger, butcher, cafes, all the places to get supplies for your day in Paris. Also, a quick trip to Versailles. Good price.
