The hotel was really nice the only 2bad points are that for our whole stay we had no hot water and were unable to have a shower,20euros a night did get knocked off our bill but i don't think that was enough to make up for the fact that our whole holiday we couldn't wash. Also when we arrived we found someones underwear under the bed.Even though it says all rooms are themed their not we had a plain room, was still really nice.close

This hotel was a great value. The bed was the softest I've slept in in Europe. For only a little more than a hostel, you get a delightful 3 star hotel. The man at the front desk was very helpful, and aside from being hit on by the night desk clerk, the hotel was great. I would definitely... more This hotel was a great value. I had a great time here! Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is located on a small side street surrounded by cafes, bakeries, and adorable little shops. Very little noise to disturb you even though it is only 5 minutes easy walk to the metro (and, as such, anywhere in Paris!). Will stay here... more I had a great time here! Very little noise to disturb you even though it is only 5 minutes easy walk to the metro (and, as such, anywhere in Paris!). Will stay here when if I return to the Paris area. (For those of you not familiar with Paris, this hotel is on the other side of a road that loops around Paris... so it is not in Paris but Neuilly... but it really does not matter because with the metro is so close that having a quiet and safe location is worth the occassional ride).close

Cute little hotel with character. True, the rooms are small for US standards but they are clean, pleasant, and well decorated for the space. One desk man was very nice and suggested additional sights for us to visit, the others were ok. The free internet was a plus, as well as the plasma tv.... more Cute little hotel with character. The location was difficult to find, make sure to get specific directions before you arrive in Paris. It was also a few more stops than we would have liked from all the major sights. However, the area was charming, safe, and we enjoyed are stay overall.close

The staff at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional...our group (we had four rooms) decided to extend our stay an extra night and we were 3 different rates and then were promised that we would be charged the same rate as the other nights -- WRONG!! when we checked out they charged us 20... more The staff at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional...our group (we had four rooms) decided to extend our stay an extra night and we were 3 different rates and then were promised that we would be charged the same rate as the other nights -- WRONG!! when we checked out they charged us 20 euros more than the night before for 2 of the rooms and the other 2 rooms were charged the same price....we asked to speak with a manager and explain the situation and they wouldnt help us at all. I would not stay here again. It was definitely overpriced and on previous trips to Paris have found much better places to stay.close

Great place to stay. Be careful, though, as the breakfast is not free (11 euros per person per day when we were there).
