Good location, not the cleanest or most secure, but all that you can expect after reading the reviews anyway. Heater isn't quite warm enough - had to wear extra jumpers to bed. Really BAD PILLOWS - still have a crick in my neck! Possible bugs in the carpet/bedding also.

The room was fine, but everything looked very old, the staff was pretty good and relaxed, also it was very near from 2 metro stations and the area was very safe. It was noisy at nights, the bathroom was fine but the shower don't as the shower head wasn't fixed in the wall. They also charged us 1 euro per person extra for "taxes" that no other hotel charged us. I will look for another place when I come back to Paris.close

The toilets ar on the stairs, between the floors and they can miss a little bit of cleaning sometimes, but else a really good palce to stay for a short visit to Paris, with really friendly and helpful staff.

The hostel is just around 5 minutes of walk from the station Oberkampf but you can hear people chatting in a bar which is next to the hostel

close to metro, very easy to get about. staff friendly and rooms clean, bakery etc just around corner. Its a hotel so dont expect much social activity but a good base for exploring paris!

Our room was right above a cafe, so on friday night is was quite noisy. Apart from that, it was a good stay. Good value for a low price, and an excellent location.

This hotel is really AWFUL!!!.Not clean of the whole, showers are inconvenient. I wouldn't go there, NEVER, I have never seen such an horrible hotel. I disadvise it...

Good location, very close to the metro, close to many clubs and restaurants, but not too noisy. Staff is helpful, rooms are clean. Should be reccomended for the price.

Everything at this hotel is rather old and run down, including the bathroom fittings and furniture. Good basic Hotel and the staff is very nice and helpfull. The Luna-Park Hotel has a very nice bar-restaurant next door (young ambiance) 'Eva Maria' and they serve good cocktails.

Very small and nice place, clean room and bed. Staff are very helpful. Its round the corner from a metro stop, takes about 10 minutes to Notre Dame about 20 to The Eifel Tower. If your looking for a fancy place then this Hotel is not for you, but if your looking for a quiet, clean and cheap place...

OK hotel. Friendly staff (who let us use internet), quite a cool location with lots of random bars, fruit and veg shops and patisserie close by. Probably a bit scary for the lone traveler though. Hotel itself obviously needs repairs - toilet was broken and shower was leaking. Very basic!

The hotel was only 3 minutes walking away from the metro stations "Parmentier" and "Oberkampf". Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars were also very near. Parking the car on the street wasn't possible. shocking at first, the decor is bad, very bad, the first floor carpet was flooded, everything looked dirty and dismal but the location was good, very close to parmentier metro station and the staff were friendly and helpful, had a good time but if i had to do it again i would spend my money...

Although the 1-Euro-tax per night came somewhat surprising I recommend this hostel. It is located in a pretty quartier of Paris next to two Metro stations. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpuf. It was no problem to cancel the last night we had booked, because we were leaving...

It's a shabby and ran down hotel in a very good location, near supermarket, boulangeries and many more economical trends. Not for long stays, though, since it's very poor in confort, even for a one star hotel.

the staff is unfriendly at all.. the room is very small.. v had make the booking to twin room but he gave us double room and rude to us too..it's not worth to pay the money to get the room.. the toilet is not clean and the window is broken. overall it is very very bad and rude hostel. i won't be...

The building is quite old and looks like is gonna fall, the interior isnt much better. But everyday it was cleaned. The staff wasnt much friendly. On the contrary the whole stay was not as bad, it was adventurious and cheap.

The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. Relatively small hostel and there was no lift but the rooms were clean and it was located close to a metro stop. Would stay here again
