Lift was very small and only 1 person could get in at a time and did not stop exactly on the floor so you had to watch your step when walking out. The shower walls needed better cleaning as they had some mold. 3 of us shared a nice room which was a good size and appeared nice and clean though all 3 of us left here with bedbugs. I can only hope it was a 'one off' as we couldn't fault it otherwise. I would stay there again. Car parking was only around the corner.

This hotel was so close to what we wanted to see-and had a tour bus very close. The only odd thing was that you could not get access to the outside world from the phone in the room-you had to go to the from desk to use a phone card.

Lift cannot carry 2 people and luggae, however the location was excellent, if a little hard to find, through wooden doors to coyrtyard, and up stairs in a shared building, typical in europe

The Hotel was fine, but they had no record of our reservation when we arrived and the man behind the desk said that he didn't even know your company HostelWorld. This was very worrying but luckily he was able to find us a room, BUT it was a Double Bed instead of Twin Beds which is NOT what we paid for. I am extremely disappointed with your company and I dont know if I can trust your site anymore. I will be sending an email to your complaints department to find out what kind of compensation you offer for a mistake like this, which could have ruined our weekend if it wasn't for the Hotel Manager.close

Great location, right beside the louvre. Price was great too, well worth it. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Only thing I didn't love was the cleanliness, dirty towels were not changed. If I'd complained I'm sure it would have been rectified. Would stay again and recommend.

Could not read the instuctions for the safe. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, unlike many of the locals we met in our travels. Breakfast was great. We would stay here again.
