“ Hotel is nice, but a bit of a trek from central paris. also, we had some difficulty with the staff discussing the number of people in our room. after being told that a third person could stay without an extra charge, they hit us with a 15 euro charge for each night when we left. ”

Description of Hotel Moulin Vert
To improve your comfort and safety, our hotel will work from 15 July to 01 September 2009. During this period the hotel remains open Close to the hustle and bustle of Montparnasse, yet located in a quiet and typically Parisian neighbourhood, the Hotel Moulin Vert offers pleasant rooms in a charming setting. English-speaking staff provides professional service and ensure your stay in Paris is enjoyable and successful. All rooms have their own bathroom with WC and are equipped with direct-dial telephone, cable TV (14 French and international channels including CNN and BBC WORLD) and safety deposit box. Double-glazing, black-out curtains, professional SIMMONS bedding as well as a small desk add to your comfort. The hotel is open 24 hours with a night receptionist on duty to assist you. Generous continental breakfasts are served in our breakfast room between 07.00h and 09.30h or can be delivered to your room - for no extra charge. A selection of hot drinks is on offer, complemented by fresh « baguette » and croissants, a wide variety of jams and honey. Cereals, yogurts and cheese are also available. A small lounge welcomes you on the ground floor. Soft lighting, back-ground music, inviting arm-chairs - simple but comfortable. A mere 15 minutes walk from Montparnasse TGV railway station, less than 2 miles away from the Exhibition Centre of the Porte de Versailles and 10 minutes by underground from the Champs-Elysées, Hotel Moulin Vert nestles in an area which has preserved its unique character: a little village in the heart of Paris, full of popular restaurants, colourful street-markets, fashion boutiques and artists' studios.
