Very Clean. Had a lock box. Room was cleaned every day. Bathroom was nice, good water pressure, water heater was good. Staff was nice, but I did not have much interaction with them. Location is horrible, very far outside of Paris, i.e. north of Sacre Coeur. It took about 45 mins to get into...

this hostel is good for students and below age 30. rooms are good but bathroom and toilets are very small, metro and shoping complex are very near, max 3 to 4 min walk, i will not prefere to go with my parents but alone or with my friends.

My handbag was stolen in town. I returned immediately to the hostel. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful. It's in part owing to them that I could return safely in my country.

Its a very cheap and cosy place for ages 18 to 30 in the center of the city next to the metro station . not recommended for older people or peple who want something more and luxurious.

You get use of a small kitchen and the on-site fridge, which is very useful. The metro line, a food store, McDonald's and KFC right outside the door. The hostel also offers breakfast, which you have to pay for.close

It was just too noisy outside and you can hear it from your room. Considering the price though, I think it is good and liveable. Easy access to the metro. Don't expect too much though if you are a high roller.

The room smelled like feet. The bathroom was very very small and we had to shift the bed to open the bathroom door. The location was good though, it was very close to the subway. The price was very reasonable.

The hotel is ok (old instalations but clean)... The only problem is that the room was TINY and so the bathroom... anyway is good option if you only want a place to keep your luggage, sleep and take a shower. WWP

We had a great time here. The room was small but clean. The staff super friendly. The entrance to Metro N°4 is literally right in front of the hotel and the marché aux puces (flea market) is Sa/So/Mo about 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

I wasn't looking for a place with great character or fun in of itself thats what the city was for, it was clean, safe, there is a grocery store across the street and a metro station 100 ft. from the front door making it very easy to get in anywhere in town from there.

Although nice and close to the metro stop, the location itself is a bit aways from all the sights. lack of an elevator and our room being on the top floor made it difficult. room was pretty small and towels were questionably clean. Convenient internet access and refrigerator in the lobby.

Hotel de la Terrasse is near the last station on the metro line, so it is a bit of a way out of town but not too bad because the metro is phenomenal. The walls are pretty thin and I heard a lot of my neighbours' conversations.

awful...room smelled, the bathroom shower had mold all over, carpet was filthy and it was loud. the neighborhood seemed to be really shady after dark as well. will never stay here again!

We were very impressed with the hotel, it was clean and the staff were nice. the rooms are small, but so are all hotel rooms in paris. most importantly it was clean and the showers were hot. it was right beside the metro so travel was very easy to organise. i would definitely stay there again....

Its in a sketchy neighborhood with nothing around it. The metro is right outside their door, but it is at least 20 minutes into the heart of the city, plus some if you ever want to change stops. The bed was disgusting, but the bathroom was nice and clean. I wouldn't recommend it by any means

Not very near from the main attractions, but close to the metro station. In general a good place, the only problem is that it doesn't have an elevator, so if you book to stay at this hotel, don't forget to say that you would like a room on the first or second floor

Our private room was beautiful with tons of natural light. It's a little ways out of the center, but it's right at the end of a main subway line that goes directly to Notre Dame, so it was hardly an inconvenience.

The location was further away from the center of the city than I would like. And I originally expected the hotel to be a hostel hence paid more than I expected. But the staff were friendly and spoke English which almost made up for it.
