The room we got was not up to par with the pictures on the website. The staff were helpful and courteous, loaning my babe a hairdryer for the full 5 days. They have a beautiful secured courtyard. The neighbourhood is fine despite what the tourbooks say.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location was hard to find, and in an area that 2 lone females might not feel comfortable (lots of sex shops). We did not receive the room we had ordered online. Also, we had to wait for our room to be made up when we arrived, even though we came a little...

Decent hotel in Montmarte---near shopping, incredibly convenient with tube stop right next door---good restaurants just blocks away. Staff was basic, hotel rooms need updating, but overall decent.

We really enjoyed our stay, found the staff to be most helpful. Street was a little noisy at night but did settle so everyone was able to sleep. Left too early for breakfast but the location looked great.

Very good hotel, right around the corner from Metro. Clean, comfy and good price for what you get. Would stay here again!

Great little hotel. Good spot and very friendly and helpful staff. Because it is a hostel, they dont really organise any activities etc, but they are happy to organise things for you, etc dinner reservations, taxis etc.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Expected a hostel and received a hotel, with t.v. in our room and everything! Very clean and nice. Street noise was a bit loud at night for those who might be light sleepers.

This hotel is in a great location and easy access to metro. The prices are in line with other similar 2 star hotels. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to help us. Nice petit dejuener. Room was small but charming. Bravo!

Great place to stay in Paris! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Excellent place to stay if you are a couple or are looking for a quiet place. Good location: just a 1 minute walk from the metro station (Place de Clichy).

On arrival we asked if it was included and were told it was, in addition my email confirmation form from Trav.com did not state breakfast was not included. On signing out we were informed that there was an additional cost of breakfast. We explained that we were of the belief that breakfast was included in the total. Ultimately the receptionist did not charge us but he was very terse and rude about it. As a result of his behavior I will not be inclined recommend this hotel which is unfortunate as the rest of the experience was without incident and the rest of the staff very pleasant.close
