The only complaint was the staff were a little unhelpful sometimes - like not wanting to store my suitcase for 3 hours or call me a taxi to the station - after I had stayed three nights in a private room!!close

the cleansing of the room is very bad.We found dirty and spotted blankets. The bathroom in the room has no door and it was dirtiest. When you flush the toilet it goes back in the washbasin.

Very nice option to stay in Paris on a budget, rooms are clean with private bathroom and heating, it will surely be a lot nicer once the renovations are done. Good location, feet away from Colonel Fabian metro station.

Enjoyed my stay here as the area is full of character and a great public park close by, would stay here again.close

at first, it was given us a room that was already occupied by another person, which shows the lack of organisation and security! our key cards stop working...we had to go to the reception twice to put the code again in the key. The area is not that good. However, it's pretty close to the city...

Absolutely no hot water and stairs are very dark. Staff accidently placed me in an already occupied room and so upgraded me for no additional charge.

You get what you paid for. If you use their single bed private without your own bathroom you have to go a couple of floors down, I stayed at the fourth floor where you have to go up using a wooden stairs that barely got support and used their shower 4 floors down. Last resort won't go back there...

Its fine really, just don't expect much...get an ensuite unless you want a hole in the ground as your toilet in most parts of the hostel. Note that ensuite has no door between toilet and bedroom, only a curtain.
