This is the third time we've stayed here and each time the quality of this hostel has decreased. The reception staff here were absolutely hopeless. Incredibly slow and completely disinterested, one reception girl on numerous occassions neglected the queue at reception to talk with her fellow workers. Other aspects of the hostel such as cleanliness have also decreased. What was once my favorite hostel in Europe left me very disappointed.close

Only stayed one night, but this is definitely a well-run hostel and has a very well-kept and fancy establishment. Not your typical hostel =). The staff could have been friendlier, and the location isn't too close to the main Parisian sights...but all in all, a very good palce to stay.

Eine riesige Jugi, welche sehr international und professionell wirkt. Wurde erst anfangs Jahr eröffnet, alles funktioniert tadellos, sehr modern, eingespielte Abläufe. Da sehr gross aber auch ziemlich unpersönlich.

This was one of the nicest facilities I have stayed at (about 15 now). Breakfast was good, WiFi excellent, security perfect, wonderful character and location. The only downside was anytime I need to communicate with staff I had to wait 10-30 minutes due to too much traffic. I stayed 4 nights...

Stayed in a private room which is large and had a sink though we had shared bath. Bar downstairs is great and a good place for drinks and food after a busy day. Full service internet cafe and club downstairs. Unfortunately, it is located far from the city center and the surrounding location is not great. Walking takes long and is a bit sketchy at night however by subway it is not bad. A cab ride can be a tad pricey. Great overall hostel though.close

Loved to set up of the hostel, i have stayed in one other St Christophers and Paris was definatley better, i would be happy to recommend this to other friends going to Paris, the showers could have been maintained a little better.

Probably one of the best hostels around, the curtains on the beds are the best thing ever and the bunk beds are nice and roomy (not kiddy size). The hostel is a little bit out of the centre, however there is a tube only a few hundred meters away which connects you to the centre easily enough.

Really nice well-run hostel especially for a big city. Rooms were clean and privacy curtains were nice. Didn't have much contact with staff but others said free tours were great. Location is a little out of the way but it gets you to know the metro. Would definitely stay again.

This hostel is by far the best one that I've stayed in so far. The rooms were big and everything was very clean. Only problem is the luggage drawers under the bunkbeds. They are really noisy.

the only problem we had is that the room plans we had sent, so that our group of 30 from YEBN could be together, was not kept, resulting of people having to change rooms everyday, and the group being split... not that convenient! otherwise, we enjoyed our stay

It seems they are cleaned once a day but with the high volume of people there it could use a second. Overall I highly reccommend it!close

Asthetically this place is great, right next to the river, the best hostel rooms i've stayed in. Only thing is that this place lacks character, the staff seem bored and the lockers are so big you have to buy one of the hostels locks for an extra 4 euro and they're really loud!
