the hotel was very good, but food average. Bad is, when the guests are closing the rooms door -its very loudly. I coudnt sleep untill midnight.

Hotel was very clean and adapted well for kids. My 10 yr old loved the pool and slide and play area. Rooms were cleaned everyday tho the tea/coffee weren't replenished - must want you to buy at the bar! Overall excellent value for money and would definately stay there again. Would highly...

Very regular bus service to and from Disney. Very helpful customer service desk. Direct bus to CDG Airport, 30-40mins.

the staff uniforms were very drab and looked unkept. the rooms were smaller than expected and the breakfast became tedious very quickly.

Front office staff terrible, said I'd only booked for 3 nights (I'd booked for 4) and had no record of my deposit. Took ages to sort it out - good job I had my booking reference from hostelworld. Unfortunately my son was ill on our first day and once again the front office staff were terrible, they didn't organise getting the TV fixed/room cleaned. A shame because otherwise a very good hotel, especially for children.close

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to find out that our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. From the information on the website it said 24hr check-in. I arrived at the hotel around 11.30am. Other than that I found the hotel pleasant. Fortunately I had a copy of my booking and it was resolved quickly.close

Breakfast was brilliant - something for all of us. Swimming pool was great for the kids and the staff were very accomodating. Couldn't have stayed anywhere better

Property was OK, but we were disappointed on Disneyland which was overcrowded and too expensive for what they offer!! Burglery, could be said. We are sorry to spend so much money for waiting in long cues and attending the bad organisation of people who work in the park!

We were a family of grandmother, parents and children staying at Explorers. We will recommend this hotel to others. We stayed in the beginning of july. I assume it will be more "busy" at the hotel in august.

Enjoyed our stay although the cleaners were a little annoying...I would prefer to find my things as i left them and my bed undressed! Shuttle buses were great, plenty of them and only minutes from Eurodisney but be warned - early mornings are not as regular - we missed our train!!!

Would strongly recommend. The affordable price should not worry you as the hotel is excellent. Beds were really really comfortable. Breakfast was nice and there was loads of food & a great choice. Also free regular bus to Disney/Train Station. Staying here made our weekend!!

Great location for Disneyland. Regular free shuttles to train/disneyland all day. Very helpful staff, great breakfast, really clean, great pool. My children/teenagers loved it.
