No recomiendo este hotel para nada... de dudosa limpieza (limpian solo días alternos y de aquella manera..), instalaciones muy viejas y en mal estado (la cama no cedió de milagro) y para rematarlo, imposible dormir algo con los alemanes de vecinos... Actually we had to change to the 5 Islas Hostel, which belongs to the same owner. There we had air conditioning in our room - very comfortable on Mallorca in July!

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location to the beach and bus into Palma city couldn't have been much closer. Very convenient to have use of a safe. However, the fact that we couldn't lock our door from the inside was a concern.

The shower-bath is a bit nasty, but the washbasin and the toilet is good. Two of the four staffs speak very well English, The other ones speak German and Spanish only. The beach is about 40metres from the hotel, so it is very near. The balcony is very big. Me and my bride enjoyed being here.

This hostel was amazing for its price. It includes breakfast and is in a perfect location. It is right next to the beach and the main street where all the bars, shops and restaurants are located. The hostel was only a short taxi ride from the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here.

night shift manager seemed unhelpful or uninterested at times, day shift manager very helpful. Definitely a place to go to if you want to party. Very cost effective.

This hostel is an incredible deal for the money. It's one block from the beach, and the private rooms with bathrooms are decent. There is even a maid service, and the manager is very accommodating.

Very close to the beach. Bathroom kinda looked like something out of a horror film, but otherwise pleasant experience. Owner doesn´t know much english, but fluent in Spanish and Dutch.

The hostel is in a great location and our room was cute with a porch and great view of the ocean! However, the manager/owner only knew German and Spanish. Though there were people there that could help with English.

We were here in February, and the room was so cold that we couldn't sleep all night, with the three blankets that we had, and a ridiculously small heater. We had a booking for three nights, but after the first one, we packed up and left for Tierramar, just two blocks away, and for very little extra money, we got a great room, great breakfast, and a much nicer atmosphere. The place also smelled very strongly like all kinds of chemical stuff, when not just cigarette and humidity.close

I have travelled the world and the manager here was fantastic.Friendly and helpful.The room was clean and good value for money.Arenal has a great beach just 200 mtrs or so from the hostal.For those who expect more....YOU CANNOT BUY A ROLLS ROYCE FOR THE PRICE OF A MINI!

As winter travelers, especially to Mallorca, a lot is shut down, but especially so out in Arenal. The #15 bus takes 45 minutes or so to get to downtown. The building was pretty cold, with small heaters as well, and the shower did not always warm up. The #15 bus takes 45 minutes or so to get to downtown. The building was pretty cold, with small heaters as well, and the shower did not always warm up. On the upside, the staff was excellent, providing extra blankets, and even setting up a microwave since the bar/food is shut in winter. Overall, considering the price a good value, as long as you are ok with being away from the action (of course, there is probably more action out in Arenal in summer...)close

Well, don't know how to put. I can't say it perfect. The room is dim. The water tap on the cold side doesn't work, so u can only take 'heated shower'. Not enough quilt available making us feel cold at night. All in all, the neighbours and the landlady is nice though. Think it's ok for a short...

The staff here are wonderful! Always willing to help and make sure your trip runs smoothly. 1 block from the beach, views of the sea from our balcony! Great location in a fun town! Would recommend this hostel to everyone!

Lost our passport, directions not very good, but over all a pleasant stay not taking those two things into account. Should take bus 1 and then 15 if getting there by bus.

Don't expect something amazing because you are not going to get it. It was decent enough. You are right on the beach which is really nice. If you are planning to spend most of your time on the beach and not in the room I would say stay here.
