to be honest the worst hostel i have ever stayed in...on first night it was no light, second no water..not mention about cold and dirty beds..never again:((

The staff is amazing. We accidentally booked the wrong dates, but they accommodated us anyway. The bathrooms could use some work.

Hostel not located in Palma (the city) but outside in Arenal. It is very close to the airport and to the beach which is great. Very cheap but not clean. Good breakfast.

very small room and cheap beds, but okay for the price. Had problems to find that place, arriving by bus. As nobody seems to know neither the hostal neither the road, some hints would be useful here. go here!! u can get your own room with just a litlle money! awesome!! near to shopping places and a short walking to clubs. excellent staff!! they made us pizza even the pizzeria wasnt open yet. I will be back!

Very nice people in the hotel, free breakfest. The location on Arenal is very good, but we have rented a car. If you need to do anything by bus, maybe in the city centre it will be better.

Very nice and helpful staff. We used it as our first and last stay when we traveled around Mallorca for 2 weeks. Reasonably close to the airport and easy to get on the road from here. Priceworthy!

The location was great!!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a huge terrace to enjoy. Amazingly delicious ice cream is also available further down the street on the left side when walking to the beach - enjoy!!!! :)

Our room was great with a huge deck and awesome aircon. We didn't realise that Arenal is full of German tourists but that was our fault for not doing our research. Great host who was very friendly and helpful.

it was nice and central as it is between the beautiful south and city...but arenal itself is scummy. The owner was nice, but the others could only speak spanish, adn were quite rude about it. the hotel is very cheap for what you get, so glad we stayed there all in all

Great staying! Nice room with the quiet air conditioning. Staff is very friendly and helpul, english speaking. The chief is italian and he makes a real italian pizza!!! Highly recommended! Robert & Anna

the owner is awesome and its 2 blocks from one of the best beaches. right down the road there are tons of bars. you just have to take the 25 bus all the way down from the middle of the city...toward s´Arenal

We originally booked a room a the 5 Islas, but they were overbooked. So they took us to a 3 star hotel 2 blocks away. A cab was arranged for us even though the hotel was nearby. We only had to pay for the original booking. The hostel owner (I'm assuming he was the owner) also runs a pizzeria downstairs at the hostel, which was convenient.close

Great location. My room was small but spotlessly clean. Close to the bus stops, so you can take bus #23 from Plaça Espanya and arrive close to the hostel. There is free WiFi in the lobby and the staff are very helpful and nice. Because it's a few blocks away from the beach it's quiet at night... more Great location. The staff were great, very helpful, and the hotel was very close to the beach. We were there when it was rainy, so we were cold at night as there is no heat, and we had a problem getting hot water for more than 2 minutes. You get more than you pay for. Highly recomended. Try the pizza.

The location is great, but a ways away from both the airport and sea port... this makes it an expensive cab ride, but once you are at the 5 islas, the walk to the beach is just a few steps, and right in the center of shopping, restaraunts, and night life. Overall, very good experience. I will...
