Ostuni is a wonderful town with roots in ancient history, surrounded by hundreds of olive trees and the wonderful blue Meditarranean Sea. The building has been recently restored with all the splendours of the region reflected in the architecture. There are plenty of old archways and cornices and everything is beautifully designed. Hotel Masseria L'Ovile 90%
This is a very good masseria, that we strongly suggest for the location (that requires car to move in the area) cleaneless and courtesy of the staff. Breakfast was excellent with home made food, including nice little mozarella cheese.

It means "the restaurant where time stands still". This is obviously not a fast food joint, but the point is that everything on your mind dissappears once you are inside this establishment and your only focus is on the multiple courses of fantastic local cuisine, and the wonderful southern wines on offer. The service is incredible, and with 5 courses at €20...
