Staff are brilliant, very helpful. 4 person female room, clean & comfortable. Would have appreciated a lockable storage space though. Breakfast included, a good variety of choices. Cleaning staff do a great job. Very central & easily accessible. Overall, very pleased.

During a few first days of my stay there was an annoying regular (every 16 minutes) screeching sound coming from the radiator, also during nights. One could get used to that, though ;-)

Excellent location and very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There were no lookers in the room (which is quite bad in my opinion). I stayed there 3 days and nobody cleaned the bathroom (which is disgusting when there are lots of people sharing it).

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, clean hostel/hotel. However it would be good to have cupboards in the shared rooms that could be locked.

Security was poor I woke up to a couple in an all female dorm staring down at me trying to work out if I was awake(quiet scary). You get what you pay for and as prices in this city are crazy. I didnt really sleep as the noise and my 1am vistors but the showers were great for hostels.close

The best possible location in Oslo I have an army background and so it was fun to see Norwegian soldiers roming about. They use it for housing a few fresh ones.

Not a good hotel to meet people. Good if you want some privacy and be left alone. Location is ok, clean and safe. No much tourist info so do some research before going there.

A great experience. The rooms are fantastic and the free breakfast was excellent. The facilities were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

This is a hotel, rather than a hostel--no kitchen, but a pleasant sitting room.

Good Breakfast! Should improve the common room, but in a way people have more interaction with each other (the room itself its really good and comfortable). No lockers inside the room...it would be helpful. the staff is great!

This is NOT a hotel, it is a hostel!! It is way overpriced for what it is! We booked a 4 person room and were put in a 6 with one toilet and shower(which light didn't work)between the 6 of us. It was very noisy due to its central location. It really is not worth the money, stay at Haraldshiem...

It was clean, and functional. Not a "hostel" environment, but close to everything you wanted to be close to. Great rock bar, turn right when exiting the hotel, cross the street, keep going, it's on the right in the 1st block, called "Rock In".

I was here late June 2008, great weather, pleasant stay, hotel-type accommodations.  I stayed in 4 bed room. Easy to find off the main shopping district street, about 15 minute walk from train station.  Very clean

This place is expensive, but you get what you pay for. This was my favourite hostel/hotel I stayed in during this trip. Clean, safe, great breakfast, great staff, great location. They say you have to pay for internet but you can easily sneak into the internet room and use it undetected and save...

I had a 4 bed room dorm booked and when i got there we were given a five bedroom dorm. The directions to the hostel are very poor and the receptionist was not that helpful when we rang for directions on arrival. The accomadation is bearable

Cheerful and efficient staff. No hidden fees: the bedlinen and the subtantial breakfast buffet are included in the price. My dorm and the ensuite bathroom was very clean. Very practical location. I really recommend that hostel!

Great location - main train station, Karl-Johann, Akerbrygge, all in walking distance! The staff was very friendly and though it's not exactly a place to hang out, the rooms are nice & clean and the breakfast is great. Had a lovely time there.
