I was told I'd stay in another location due to "catastrophic error" in the booking system. However, no one said that room had NO WINDOW(S) and was in the farthest corner of the basement, stinking of cigarette smoke. The door could not close because all could fit in the room was bed.... more I was told I'd stay in another location due to "catastrophic error" in the booking system. However, no one said that room had NO WINDOW(S) and was in the farthest corner of the basement, stinking of cigarette smoke. The door could not close because all could fit in the room was bed. Shame on them by even THINKING of calling that a "hostel accomodation". Hence my lowest grades.close
