Old kind of building in Osaka, room was bordering on unclean... rates were ok, but would probably have prefered a backpackers for cheaper price. Neutral about this place, you can probably find something better.

A non-flat pull out "couch" is NOT the "bed" that I paid for. When I pay for 4 beds, I expect 4 beds - not three beds and one couch, in the middle of the living and kitchen area. Also, 100YEN for 10mins internet?!

Needs a better description on how to find it . Something like, go via Gate 4 from the subway and then head down the hill. The current go out via gate 4 and then two blocks is a bit vague.

Close to tube but close enough to the centre to walk if you miss the last train. Takes about 45 min to walk. Staff were helpful with excellent English. Would recommend staying here.

Good location and easy to find -- only one change required at Tennoji if you're coming from Kansai airport. Very good value for money, clean and quiet.

Very good hostel to stay at ^^ We really enjoyed it. And it's near Osaka Castle. The staff was very nice & helpful and we really appreciate it ! Good job ! If I were to stay one more time in Osaka, I could come back there =)

A whole series of problems from holes in the walls, falling apart floor coverings, dirty, etc, etc!!! Friendly staff though but I'll contact them directly myself

Value for money. Very good rates. Very clean. large comfortable beds. Some people at reception very helpful. Plenty of food places just around the corner. Around Y2000 by taxin from Osaka station

Beware, Internet costs 100 Yen for 10 Minutes. But they have free Wireless Lan. Coin Washing machine was also availeble. You have your own Kitchen Corner in your room.

This is a great little hotel for those who want to spend time in Osaka, but not a lot of money. It was very clean and big for Japanese standards. best hostel in western japan. really cheap and pretty much like a 3 star hostel in the states. would stay here again and travel to nearby cities, only to return here to sleep.

Very clean, the rooms are big and very nice for a minimal cost, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The cameras around the hostel make the place feel more secure.

Only issue I had was that the staff did not inform me that they would not clean my room after the first night. If i had known, I definately would not have thrown my towels on the ground! Otherwise lovely place and easily accessible.

Great location for visiting the castle and access to Osaka metro (convenient line for travel to a range of sights for example the aquarium which was well worth a visit) Friendly staff and the rooms are more like appartments than hotel rooms. Good value.

The 3 person room was in fact small suite: two small rooms for 2+1 divided with the sliding door and the kitchen, all small and definitely from XX century :) but it was nice relief from other cramped accommodations. For extended stays laundry is a plus. Close to subway.

Definetly worth of money you pay for the stay. Room for two was large and reminded more a small apartement. Entrance to subway was also close.

I was very happy. When I return to Osaka again, I really hope I can stay there again! Great service. I suggest that you have better maps for foreigners about the hostel's area. I got lost coming home one night! But 10/10 for great service!
