Business hotel close to the airport, pretty much the only reason you'd stay here is to be close to Kansai airport to catch that early flight. Adequate but definitely nothing special.

internet connection restrictive and expensive. TV channels in foreign language free would be a good idea.

This hotel is nowhere near Osaka! It takes at least 45 minutes by train and this is quite expensive.
