Olympos is a great place for backpackers to come and chill out. 5 minutes walk to the ancient ruins and the beach (2 lira daily entry fee) surrounded by wonderful mountains. If that's too much effort smoke a nargileh and play backgammon in the shade of orange groves. |

olympos is a relaxed beachy place, the weather is great and the beach is just beautiful, but it's also got a little bit of culture (ruins, flames), sports (kayaking, hiking), parties (bars, disco) so that you can do as much or as little as you want. The best part was just hanging out on a platform under an orange tree, chilling and smoking a waterpipe. |

The atmosphere of Olympos is great! It's full of backpackers, the hostels are all nice, the beach is AMAZING! Go there during full moon and enjoy taking a swim at night! |

Olympos is very fun. The beach is beautiful but your location on it is key. Many day-trip boats unload hundreds of passengers right onto the beach. Then the boats anchor about 150 feet from shore for the next few hours. Avoid the boats by going further down the beach. (Incidentally you'll also be avoiding countless cigarette butts.) The nearby ruins are also fun to explore! |

Olympos is backpacker's heaven! Some people plan one day here and stay for weeks! It's a wonderful place to meet freaks and fairies, do absolutely nothing all day but getting wasted in a hammock, smoke a nargileh (waterpipe) with your newmade friends, or get sunburned coz you fell asleep at the beach. But there's also plenty of activity at night and almost every hostel organises tours and cruises for reasonable prices, to the most beautiful spots in the neighbourhood, so you can never get bored over there. Really, don't miss out on this place, you won't regret spending at least on day in this beautiful valley!!! |

Awesome place to chill for a week or so, food is provided at all the hostels and included in the price!!! So all you do is eat, drink and sleep! Also there are treks and the flame tour to go on so you're not being lazy the whole time! The beach of course is fabulous also. Great destination! |

I thought Olympos was relatively croweded. However, it was a nice spot to hang out to meet other people. The beach is really its only main attraction. If you want to see ruins there are other places to go as the ones in Olympos are nothing special. |

Fantastic place! If you want to come to a place with a completley chilled out atmosphere, people are friendly and with a great vibe, Olympos is definaltey the place. Some really cute market stands, the beach is stunning and the Tree houses are so original. Come here if you dont mind glamorised camping. A fantastic 2 months spent here!!! |
