Like all major attractions get there early because there'll be a big queue, and you don't want to be standing in the hot Hawaiian sun for too long. Learn about the attack on Pearl Harbor and pay your respects at the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial. Here you can see a floating shrine which was built over the sunken hull of the Battleship U.S.S. Arizona, and a memorial for over 1700 crew who lost their lives in the attack. A video is available to watch before you take the tour so that you have the background information. It is a solemn reminder of the horrors of war and worth a visit.close
