the cost of the breakfast is too much expensive: it costs as a lunch! The reservation price wasn't respected and the price of the room is grown-up to the 50% more. This way of managing is very bad and against the clearness of service offer.

the hotel itself is nice. but we had to pay 120 euro more because of an additional fee (????!!) we didn't know when we booked the room! to avoid absolutely!

bad location if you plan to spend time downtown. My single room was tiny. Everything at the hotel is extra..linen, internet, etc... plus some kind of service fee for no apparent reason.

Web ad was complete misrepresentation. For example, bath was common and could have to be shared with 8 people. Web charge was 62E, but upon arrival, it was 96E. The additional charge supposedly was for towels/linens, which was not mentioned in web ad. At 32E/person, it was greatly overpriced.

In keinem anderen Hotel, dass wir je über Hostelworld gebucht haben, kam es vor, dass wir zum angegebenen Preis zusätzlich für Bettwäsche, Fernseher, Service etc. zahlen mussten, so dass sich der Zimmerpreis beinahe verdoppelte. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und fühlen uns betrogen...

price of breakfast very steep for what was provided; 20E for linen ridiculous - never had this charge in any hotel/hostel before (and I travel the world as my job) - the towels were not even chaged each day; very dark rooms (only using 20w lightbulbs for some reason

The rooms were all very clean and comfortable and everything we needed. The staff, both in the hotel and the pub next door, were very friendly and helpful-even suggesting places to visit in the city and a place to get a cheap breakfast elsewhere when we opted out of the hotel's option.The food in the pub was also very good, as was the range of beers. The transport links are also second to none-the U Bahn is less than a minutes walk away with connections to all the main tourist attractions. An excellent place to stay for anyone in the area!close

German man at the hostel was not helpful. I did not have a printed coy of my reservation and so I could not stay there. Plus I had called to cance the Friday night and the person I spoke to on the phone said not a problem. Then when I got there the man at the desk said I could not cancel at all....

Staff doesn't accept the conditions in hostelworld's email and try to jack on extra fees. The manager was unwilling to honor the hostelworld price agreement and was generally unfriendly and unsympathetic.

It had not been pointed out that there was a linen charge and the price of 10 euro's for breakfast is extortionate!! I was severly bitten by mosquitos and suffered an allergic reaction - I might suggest some kind of net curtains!! The room, however, was nice and had it not been for the reasons...

Because we weren't backpackers but middle-aged ladies, we had to pay a lot of "extras" which practically doubled the price! Perhaps non-backpackers/students need to be warned about that when booking through you. Great hotel though!

The hotel itself was very nice. It has a bar downstairs...but it closes early. It has a terrace to sit outside. The place was very clean and well kept. But, the owner seemed a little grumpy. Overall, I was pretty satisfied.
