We had booked for three nights at this hotel but when we arrived we were told there was no room for us for the first two nights. It was late when we arrived and they moved us to a nearby guesthouse which was fine but not as nice as the hotel. We went back the following morning and the owner was... more We had booked for three nights at this hotel but when we arrived we were told there was no room for us for the first two nights. It was late when we arrived and they moved us to a nearby guesthouse which was fine but not as nice as the hotel. We went back the following morning and the owner was there and gave us a room in the hotel then for the last 2 nights and said they had not received our booking but we had e-mail confirmation.close

This hotel is mainly full of tour groups - the room that the hotel gives you via hostel world is above the kitchen (noisy)with the rear of the room backing on to a house which played loud music!! There is a tiny door to the room which makes you think you are staying in a cupboard!! This is a hotel that primarily caters for tour groups, but as independant travellers we were well looked after. The staff were lovely, and really looked after us. They organised a great trip to Cuc Phoung National Park, and were very helpful in organising our train tickets. The rooms are huge,...

Apart from Hostelworld not informing this hotel of our booking, our stay here was very good. The rooms are excellent, large, with comfy beds, a bath and non-stop supply of hot water. The Mangeress was excellent and helped us get a seat on the open-tour bus, which seemed impossible during Tet.... more Apart from Hostelworld not informing this hotel of our booking, our stay here was very good.
