The place was nothing extravagant, but the owner and all the staff there were extremely nice. There was a little mess up in our booking, but they were very helpful, sincere and hospitable. Overall I loved the atmosphere there and it was conveniently located right next to the downtown old city area.

Very much like an old-timer hotel, with the red wallpapers, Van Gogh duplicates and high ceilings. Do not expect a regular-type hostel. Very friendly staff and generally nice atmosphere.

The location is great, close to the train station and other attractions. Not much to do at night in Nimes, so it's a nice time for relaxing, which the Hotel provided us.

This place is very old and small. The TV didn't work and I didn't have hot water the first night. Location and secuirty are OK, but the experience would have been better with a more comfortable room.

However, when I complained, they gave me a rebate so that helped. The shower was generally bad. Ran out of toilet paper. You had to leave your key at the front desk each time you left. When I came back it was a new person at the desk and they simply gave the key without asking for name or anything. Nothing was stolen but poor security. I am pleased with the way they handled my complaint but would never stay there again.close

The location was fantastic. It is very close to the train station and not far at all from the main stuff in the city. Nothing is more than a 5-10 min walk. It's a little dark and old looking but they have kept it up and are renovating it.

Nothing exciting but no major dramas either. The place is old and a little run down and it´s next to a construction site at the moment, so not the most pleasant stay. Generally, it does what you need a hotel to do.

Though the staff were friendly and the location was great, it wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed in! The walls were peeling, the furniture was on it's last legs, but the rooms were kept warm. I'd only stay here again if I couldn't find anywhere else.

Property was double booked when we arrived (despite paying the deposit) and we were moved to another hotel that was not nearly as good as the one we booked. Although we paid the same price, the hotel we ended up in had advertised rates of less than this. Very unimpressed.

Our booking was lost, but the staff were very helpful by finding us a similar place to stay for a similar price.

Its very well located, but the staff is just only ok. That is all. You should arrive before 02.00h of the night.
