had a fantasic time during our 3 nights at hotel Drevon, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, 200m to the beach and old town. only fault was uncomfortable sofa bed, but all together highly reccomend

super nice landlord. the department locate two minutes to the beach and it has all the things you need include beach umbrella and pads.

Absolutely perfect! It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and had everything we could have asked for. The owner was extremely nice, helpful and prepared. Would recommend it to anyone!

This apartment was AMAZING! With a kitchen containing all the necessary cooking utensils we were able to save a lot of money cooking our dinners in expensive Nice! It's right by the beach so you can't beat the location of this place! I could rave about it for days, but you'd be crazy NOT to stay...

Great place to stay in Nice. Only thing to note is that there is only one bedroom, the other three beds (one double sofa bed and a single) are in the kitchen/living area -- but this isn't really a problem, just don't expect three rooms!

The owner was fantastic and was such a great help, the place was really cute and clean and fully furnished with washing machine etc, only thing was that the one bedroom was the only place to have aircon so the lounge and kitchen needed a fan...there were pamphlets to... more This was a GREAT apartment! The owner was fantastic and was such a great help, the place was really cute and clean and fully furnished with washing machine etc, only thing was that the one bedroom was the only place to have aircon so the lounge and kitchen needed a fan...there were pamphlets to look through and the beach was only a 10 min walk away! shops are nearby. Main train station is a 5 min taxi ride (make sure u dont get ripped off by the french cabbies, they can be bitches!) by the end of my 5 day stay i felt it was my home :)close

We are a group of 5 18 year old lads and has a great time in Nice! It was paradise! The apartment was wicked. Very comfortable and having air con was an added bonus! Thanks for an amazing holiday we hope to be back next year! Mike John Doug Sam and Jack from England!

It was a lovely place ... great location ... My only concern was that there was barely enough hot water to shower 4 people let alone 5 people ... which by the way would have made the apartment too cramped to stay in ...
