We love Martine! She was the sweetest host we've ever had. Perfect location to everything. Martine recommended some awesome places to go. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Martine is an incredible host, make sure you talk to her and ask her about things to do, she knows the city so well and will be more than happy to give you her opinion of the best way to experience Nice. no breakfast but there's room in the fridge to stow groceries and cook for yourself. no red...

Hard to believe this exists at this price right in the center of Nice! En suite rooms in an apartment. I definitely recommend!

Excelente situación, en todo el centro de Niza. Pequeño, tipo pensión. Segundo piso sin ascensor. Una habitación tenia baño y la otra era compartido, teniamos reserva 3 camas y una era doble, mientras que la reserva especificaba 3 camas, que no es lo mismo.... por lo demás bien,

Kitchen area is very small and there is no dining area. the lady in the front is very helpful and interesting (to put it in a nice way). good location. i would recommend it. showers could be cleaner.

If you bear in mind how cheap this place is you should be able to get over the shabby room. The owner was brilliant and didn't charge for any extras (internet, beach mats). Bed was fine, but the room and especially the bathroom in our case was very worn out.

Not my favorite hostel of all times, but a very interesting experience! The lady that ran the place was very strange and there were a lot of steps involved to get up there. Wouldn't strongly recommend, but not terrible.

Our stay was great. The location is wonderful, right on the main pedestrian street and close to the beach. Martine, the manager, is worth the stay...she is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Hotel is clean but is old and could use an update. Perfect place to relax at night after a busy day.

Location is excellent, however, the plumbing and the kitchen leave much to be desired. The friendliness a helpfulness given by the person in charge is excellent and makes for a very happy stay. The upgrade of the mentioned vital facilities essential.

the bathrooms are very small and could be cleaner. the mold in our bathroom was disgusting. Beside that it`s a very nice and cheap place with a very helpful staff. The beach is 3 minutes away and you are located in the heart of nice.

Great location, despite being central not too noisy, and very friendly and helpful manageress. Only downside was that bathroom facilities were somewhat limited - no hand basin in the loo and rather archais shower.

The lady who runs the place is extremely warm and helps you out very well. You can discuss logistics with her and that helps. She even directs you to good reasonable restaurants which helped us.

The location is excellent. the owner is really helpful and supplies beach mats, towels and the internet for free. Laundry service is available. Room was a fair size for 3 people but the shower room was tiny and not the cleanest. Overall great value for money

the best beds i have slept on in a hostel very comfy and location is smack bang in the middle. about 10 min walk from the main bars and clubs and cafes at your doorstep. toilets and shower a bit dirty daily and it was a quite place to stay

The host is absolutely lovely she showed us all the best places to go in Nice and was always there to help or talk to you. It is small but very friendly and the location is just about the best you can get in Nice. Would recommend it to anyone and i intend on going back myself asap!

Great place to stay - room was very comfortable and quite clean (we even had a small balcony). Woman looking after the hotel was wonderfully helpful and really chatty. Kitchen area was handy, and in a great location near the seafront in Nice. Cheaper than other worse hotels in the area too.

Martine is very nice and her english is excellent. My room was small, but you don't go on vacation to stay in your hotel room. You can put food in the fridge, but there isn't much room.
