i little out from the town, but better than any other hostel in nice, so yeah go for it. perhaps a few more shuttle buses a little later wouldnt go astray. but all in all great time. except for the youth music group who took over the chapel bar.

Our room was on the top floor and there were four of us, so with only one small skylight it was really, really hot. Also there was no shower curtain in the shower so the bathroom floor was permanently wet (also no window). We had a great, nice sized room,an apartment, on the main floor. Loved the location and place was immaculate. Traveling with 2 teenage boys and the "quad room" was perfect.

Excellent budget hotel. It's not too far from the train station (5 min walk) and there is a shuttle just outside that will take you to the beach and all other attractions. As a solo woman traveller, I felt very safe. I just would be careful about walking around alone at night.

Didnt end up staying here as they had double booked, but the staff were great and organised us another hotel to stay at at no extra cost and coffee while we waited for everything to be sorted out.

A clean place, 30 mins walking distance from the beach (or 5 mins by tram). Some staff are a bit strange but ultimately helpful and nice (also fluent in a range of languages). Wifi is fast but doesn't reach the rooms. The staff was professional and the service was excellent. The room was clean, nice and with a big fan. I stayed in first floor and the traffic was noisy from around 7 in the morning. I would probably stay there again if I did´t want to use too much money, but not in first floor if I want to sleep in in the mornings and not if the weather was very hot. Then I would go for an air conditioned hotell.close

The breakfast in this hotel is slightly expensive (7euro) compared to others hostel. The room is neat and tidy, the bath room is clean. Its a good choice for stay when u go to nice for holidayclose

Personally, I thought the location was a bit dodgy (single female travelling alone) but I never had any problems. The only problem that I really had was that the shower head wasn't attached to the wall, so it was a bit hard to wash my long hair. Stayed with a group of 15 people and everyone thought this place was great. The staff were really helpful even after we'd overrun their lobby wanting to store our bags. The rooms were a good size and very clean. They even managed to get all of our rooms on the same floor. The rooms were a good size and very clean. They even managed to get all of our rooms on the same floor. While waiting in the lobby we witnessed a customer being offered the choice of two rooms that he could inspect and then choose the one he wanted. The hotel is about twenty minutes walk from the old town however a one minute walk takes you to a tram stop where you can catch one of Nice's brand new trams.close

we didn't know that we can choose to live in a house with a well equipped small kitchen! Everything is clean and tidy and with enough space for a four people house! That's really nice!

Even though this is probably one of the cheaper places in Nice it was still $$$. The first night our shower sprayed water all over the bathroom (there was no door or curtain). It was also far from everything.

I would like to make a serious complain about this Hotel. When I made the reservation through the website, I paid 10% of the rate and it said I would pay the rest at the hotel. But when I arrived there, they had already charged the hotel room using my credit card number without my authorization!... more I would like to make a serious complain about this Hotel. comfortable, but no party. If you want action go somewhere else. If you want A/C, this is your place. Very close to the train station, and affordable restauraunts in the area are a plus.

the people at the front desk were very nice and had good english. the room was great and the location is alright. about 30 min walking distance from vieux nice and the beach. distance to the train station is not far... maybe 10. good place though.
