We recommend this hotel if you wish to stay close to the train station and away from the crowded streets of Nice. The room was really comfortable and clean. Jean Pierre was extremely helpful and kind.

i got an email from the owner the day before we arrived saying my credit card hadn't worked when he tried to charge us for our stay!i thought this was very strange for a hotel to try to charge us before we even arrive!once we got there it was nice and extremely clean,bathroom was big!close to...

Lovely Hotel, very clean.. We had a nice and big room, but we didn't manage to sleep well because it was too hot, we couldn't open the window because we had the hot air coming out from another building air conditioning system and our air conditioned was too noisy to be kept on all night! We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was within walking distance from the station (Nice Ville) with luggage. Its located about 15 mins (Walking) from the beach. It was very quiet and very nicely decorated.

We turned up and they had given our room away! The owner said the Visa we gave him didn't work and he said he tried to call us but got a message saying we were on holiday - lies - I received calls from all over the place that day! Great little hotel with a manager willing to help out with any questions. Family owned and run so they really look after the place. Close enough to everywhere and very safe. Good place to get back to after a glorious day out in Nice.

The best two star hotel in europe. It should be at least 3 stars. New, clean and the manager very nice and helpful. will recommend it to everyone.

If your looking for a party atmosphere this is not your place. More like a quiet hotel. Furnishings were very nice and the staff helpful.

Super quality staff - the best. Really nice that it was so close to train station and 10 minute walk to water. 30 minute walk to old Nice. Definitely visit Wayne's if you like live music and crazy table dancing (fun staff). Comfy place to crash, excellent value.

We needed to stay 1 night in Nice due to rail transfer and Berlioz was nigh-perfect. Location was goodly close to the rail, but pleasant walk to centre city. Room was really nicely decorated and the staff were friendly. Recommended particularly for people in similar situation.

Very quaint & lovely hotel. Staff was great. My parents are traveling with us and they enjoyed it too. Only drawbacks are that some of the rooms are very small, and the walls are kind of thin. Good value for the price. Would definitely refer it to a friend.

The Hotel Staff was top notch, and very, very helpful. They awoke at 3:30am to help call me a taxi, and helped me with any and all needs during the night. Overall, a very elegant, clean, and enjoyable hotel, and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely adorable rooms! Owners were extremely friendly and accomodating. Convieniently located in walking distance from the station and about a 15-20 minute walk to the water!

Le Petit is a great place to stay, friendly staff, excellent rates and fantastic personal service. Nice and new with briliant, tastefull, relaxing decor. Service was excellent and could not be faulted! 2 mins walk from the train station so we were pleased!

i love this hotel and would definately stay here again the next time i visit nice. it is very cute, and not a far walk to the main promenade and the beach. the woman who runs it is also really friendly and helpful and the rooms are really cute.
