Spent one night here. Great location, large and comfortable room - we stayed in a double room that had a bathroom and shower. It was october and unusually hot in the FR, but the staff said that they couldnt turn the air on - sounds like BS to me. What a fantastic location to explore nice. So close to shops and beach. Walking distance from station too, but it was a good 15 mins. Staff were really helpful and polite. Room was excellent, paid for a double but got a triple. Room had fridge too. Only down side was leaving the key at the front...

The staff was really nice and the hotel is in a good location, a bit far from the station but not too far to walk, is close to the beach and restaurants. Good for relaxing vacation.

the guy at the front desk in the pm was very helpful. we would have liked more than 1 movie in english though as we were tired from the trip.

They tried to take all the money from our credit card before our arrival to hotel and then sold our reserved room. What's more he didn't help us to find another hotel at all. We had to search for a hotel at 11PM, they made these kind of actions before, so my advice "NEVER STAY AT THIS...

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly and spoke English, they loaned out really nice beach towels which was great, and had free internet access! After traveling around Europe for 3 weeks I realized they had the largest rooms with the nicest facilities for the price.... more I had a great experience at this hotel! Staff were very helpful and allowed us to rent towels even though we had already checked out. The towels are actually free- you just put a deposit on them.

Had the greatest location! Just a few minutes to the beach. The staff was really friendly. The room had AIR!!! which was sooo nice, but the bathroom smelled very bad of mold or urine. Also the luggage storage was just setting your bag in the lobby.

Basically the cleanliness was good, but it smelled of urine at the toilet at our room when we arrived. Otherwise we think we got what we paid for.

close to town, easy to get everywhere from the hotel. rooms do have safes but ours was broken at the time. on the upside ours had a fridge which was handy as we didnt have their breakfast-cheaper to go to supermarket/bakery. room was a really good size and free internet was very useful.

We had great sleep here, even though the walls were propably made of paper, since we could hear everything spoken on the next rooms. Location was brilliant; old town, main streets and beach was very close. Multilingual staff were nice and helpful.

My friends and I got our own private room, which was great! Only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Good price for what it has to offer. Breakfast is 7Euro so we didn't buy it and free internet is slow. But overall, definitely a good place to stay in Nice.

Clean hostel, Very small toilet pretty much the same as the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. No bar or drinks in the hostel except a vending machine. Good location quite close to everything. Area was a bit dodgy but ok.

Not a bad place for the money, very close to the beach, but just a little dark and dingy I assume because it is old. Rooms were reasonably clean, though, and the staff was very friendly.
