great hostel with great location. very peacefull hostel so if you look for parties, you shouldn't choose this one. the woman in the reception was very nice and friendly.

In a good location, however the manager is never there (we never saw her) just some woman who couldn't speak much english and was having a hard time as she seemed to be left in charge, she was quite friendly though.. make sure you take a print out of your reservation... more Its clean - thats about it. I booked at this hostel because the website said it had in-room security lockers, so I arrived with my laptop and other valuables and, of course, there were no lockers anywhere in room or outside!

The location is perfect, 2 mins to the beach, and there is a supermarket downstairs. The owner lady is quite kind compare with the staff in the train station. great homely type hostel... close to train / beach / and old part of town.. there is a kitchen and some rooms have their own fridges... would stay again

I do love this place I would recommend the 2 bed dorm as it was the same price as the other rooms but you have a private balcony with table and chair. The land lady was very helpful and gave the place a real warm and homely feeling.

Me and my friend had booked a double ensuite room and they gave us one without private bathroom but for the same price. Not a very nice thing to do, don't you think? Rooms and bathroom were dirty and people were sleeping even on the floor in the hallway! The staff was extremely friendly. They supported us as we were treated badly by our roommates, which was an exceptional case because other people stayed there were nice.

When we went in there were crumbs all over the floor from the people before us and the garbage hadnt even been emptied and was overflowing all over the room it was disgusting. Our lock also didnt work so each time we wanted to lock our door we had to get the lady that worked there and have her...

very difficult to find, and then had to walk somewhere completely different to get the key. Very close to the beach, and a lovely place once we found it! Free computer was very useful.

Hostel is in an excellent location, heaps of restuarants/bars close by. However we booked an extra night & paid, the lady then gave our room away to some other people. We were then unable to contact her for nearly 2hrs and had to wait while she was chased down. I have been in several rooms in the hostel, its great that they are all small of max 4 people, much better than the standard 8-bed in other hostels. Clean also. Good with separate kitchen to hang out in, also each room has kitchenette. Only drawback was that there are no lockers for valuables....

Small hostel close to the beach. The lady at the reception is nice and helpful. Cooking possible. Very simple breakfast. Few toilets but if u r up early, u can manage.

the shower is cold! and there are two Backpackers in Nice. another one is near the train station. it is quite confuse...anyway the staff in another hostel is very nice!

You arrive and a woman with just 1 tooth and a reception smelling dog so much welcome you, that is a bit shocking. But then is fine, the people is cool and the rooms are fine. The location is great! Which for me is very important.

The people that i meet there was really nice, but the administration was just a disaster, the move ur things with not respect, but the laby that lives there is nice. u are free 2 do whatever that u want cause u have de key od the place! and its jus like 15 minutes by walkin of the train...

Hah! One of the strangest hostels Ive stayed at. Kitchen available. DONT stay there for the free breakfast: practically croutons/crackers and jam. Free internet. Flexible rates. An interesting stay.
