Airfrance lost my luggage, and the owner was extremely helpful in getting it back in time for me to catch a ferry that afternoon. you could do some simple self catering - there is a fridge and one electric ring. It's basic but fine for the price

Quite noisy with the train tracks so close. They do not have a kitchen or common area so you can't socialise with other travellers. Beds were comfy with a Lidl supermarket across the road, but best to make the 10min walk to Monoprix.

The staff here are not very friendly. Also, we booked and paid for a 4 share dorm and were actually put in a 6 share dorm. When we politely asked about getting a refund for the extra we had paid we were first lied to (being told that a 4 share and a 6 share were equal price) and then told that...

Was decent for what i paid but the joint thought en suit meant that the bathroom down the hall was yours when everyone used it and when i gave the room to a sick friend they said if they saw me while she was there they would call the police.

Nifty old fashioned lift! Showers hot n work fine. Easy walking distance to main shops and beach, bout 10 mins. Ok if it is just a bed to sleep in that u r looking for, not a socialising kind of hostel. did the job!

This place is very very noisy. I can sleep almost anywhere but found this difficult here. For the price it is a good overnight stay. Very clean place.

the hostel is ok for a place to stay, they dont have internet or kitchen or anything so the facilities arent all that good. not bad place to sleep but wouldnt stay for more than a night or two

They charged us for keeping our friends baggage in our own room. When you pay €350 euro for a five night stay you don't expect anymore costs.

There is lack of intimity because for 6 persons, it's too small. Be carefull with the lift because it's dangerous.

We would have liked to have been told about others in the room. Walked in on in the middle of a sexual act. Many short white hairs in bed, which was quite puzzling. Staff nice but boss rude and patronising and unhelpful and wore white linen trousers and shirt. Good location. It is very very noisy at night, the train, railway and the traffic. I couldn't sleep at all. So, ear plugs are strongly strongly recommended. It is also very hot at night, but the room has no air conditioning or fan! Quite poor to be honest, says that linen is included but this isnt a cover sheet! just a bottom sheet and pillow. the are is not nice at all. Did enjoy my stay here however but only due to the people I met, but I guess it's ok if all you want is a bed

terrible hostel! would not go back there. No lockers, no brekkie, over-priced. Terrible staff, ridiculous noise from the busy MOTORWAY and trainline outside.

staff was quite rude, when we returned to our room at night to find that we had been double book the owner just shrugged his shoulders and told us reception hours were over.

Clean, nice place to stay. They don't provide a top sheet for the bed. Also, it is VERY noisy at night since it is close proximity to the rail and a highway... lots of night time traffic makes it hard to get to sleep.

i really disliked the staff. they were extremely rude. i will never go back to this hostel and i will warn others not to as well. the fact that there is no air conditioning is a joke. i dreaded going back to the hostel every night.

The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, very helpful during the hot weather of Nice. Each room is ensuite and has a small balcony that gives a feeling od a hotel room. In walking distance of the beach, tram station, bus station, and extremely close to the train station.

Good central location. It's popularity makes for a great mixed crowd. The room we had was good, but an extra bed was jammed into it for the second night of our stay. There wasn't really space and I remmeber the room being advertised as a 4-person one. A bit cheeky that.
