The room we stayed in stank of urine. The staff was helpful and we were able to switch rooms on our second night. We had an unwanted wake-up call at 5:30 am on our last night, please make sure you know who you're supposed to wake up next time!

Good on the security with lockers in rooms (need own lock), plus security on doors is so good that 5 mins before check-out, your keycard doesn't work on your room anymore! Key to room never worked after several times of asked it to be changed!Woman on reception when we first arrived was very rude!!! Club downstairs was a little noisy but was on floor 3 so the higher up you are should be better.
