Central park is a must visit when you are in New York. It is much safer than it used to be and lovely to walk through on a Sunday afternoon. You can hire a horse and carriage or stroll arround at your leisure. There are also 2 restaurants in the park.

Excellent area to hang out to get away from the busy streets of New York. It's very easy to get caught up in the shopping, eating out etc in NY and it's nice to relax in the park and go for a walk, or play on the swings..

Central Park is a must see when visiting New York. It's a great way to spend a few hours in the city to get away from the hustle and bustle. You can rent a boat in the lake, get a horse drawn carriage around the park, or simply just have a wander around. Best of all it's free!

known as athe lung of new york. to many the city's number one attraction. love it there. sheep's meadow is one of the highlights. but make sure to go up past strawberry fields (john lennon tribute area). loads more up there and not as many crowds. don't miss 'the rambles'!

There is plenty to see and do in Central Park with the Central Park Zoo, the Gardens, Lakes and amusement park or ice rink depending on the time of year. An amazing retreat, its just unbelievable that there is so much green and blue in the midst of the concrete New York Jungle. Its a bliss. An amazing place to go for a good long jog or a walk or just to sit by the lake and read a book basking in the warm spring sun.
