The restaurant/bar is located on the top floor, think its on the 45th floor. They have a revolving floor so you can sit and relax while getting a panoramic view of the city. You have to pay an entrance fee - $7 when we were there. We just had some champagne, chilled out and people-watched! We didnt have any food, but it was a buffet style set-up, so depends on what you are looking for I guess.close

163This is a revolving restaurant/bar on Times Square. I didn't have food here but have been twice for drinks. They have a good cocktail list (including the boo-berry!) and a good list of wines. Obviously good for the views also...

The food was good but a little ordinary but then again you are paying for the view rather than the food!close
