We stayed here for a long weekend and overall we found it satisfactory enough. By European standards it would be a 3 star and no more, but as US hotels tend to be of a poorer standard than in Europe I think it was quite good. The staff at reception were very friendly and more than helpful, though in that fake American type way (you're all the time wondering what they are saying when you turn your back :-). The accomdation whilst small, was fine. From a location point of view this place is perfect. It is just off Times Square so everywhere you could want to go in a weekend is within walking distance. I would stay at this property again, provided I got a good deal. It wouldn't be first choice though!close
