1Pretty much as described in other reviews. Small rooms with basic furniture. Neighborhood is good for museums and Central Park. One street to west are a couple of grocery stores. Carpet was a bit dingy, by they were in process of ripping it out and replacing when we were there. No deadbolt on our door, but they control access at front and second level. Staff was mostly useless. Very noisy air conditioner, but it worked and kept room cool. Bathroom was clean, as was room, sheets, towels, etc. close
