Very clean and quiet hotel... .a good choice PS no elevator there's no breakfast except for a cup of coffee or tea.

We stayed for a week. The first night we slept in a room that was smaller than the one we had been promised, but as we talked to the staff the next day, they gave us a new bigger room. The room was (newly renovated) very big and nice and looked just like on the pictures on the hotels homepage....

Nice and clean - great location. But there was a disco very close to our room and every night from 9 pm to 3 am we were forced to listen to the music. Never again!

very clean and very nice location, great for the price. The only thing is the heater does not work very well, the room was a little cold first night, but second night it was fixed. So I really recommend it.

The Sohotel it's a nice hotel in a perfect position in Manahattan. Not all the rooms are the same, so ask for the kind of room you payed for.

I was very dissapointed with the cleaniness of the hotel as the bed that I was given had lice on it. This had lead to the whole New York experience being a bad one for me.

A standard place to stay with friendly staff. Close access to public transportation. Beware if looking for typical hostel experience as there is no common area, kitchen, computer access, or laundry machines. Wireless internet access is available.

This hotel was very close to our bus station so we did not have to get public transport when we arrived. Initially we found the female staff member very unfriendly but the other staff were quite the opposite. Clean, uncomplicated with a very spacious bathroom. TV reception not good but we were not in NY to watch television. Had everything we needed and a very good price. The initial booking fee was suppose to be a part deposit but we found this not to be so. Probabaly something that I will need to work out with the booking agency. You should be very happy with this accomodation.close

Sohotel is a good hotel if they give you one of the good rooms,so when you get one make sure its not in the 4th floor.The location is very good and the staff is kind.If you get one of the good rooms its really clean and nice.I liked it very much.I recommend it.You even have a private bathroom !!
