ZIP112.com is located on North 6th Street in Williamsburg, only 5 minutes away from East Village via Subway/ L train. West Williamsburg is the area of exclusive artists and hipsters. Williamsburg is known as a neighbourhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn and the home to a thriving art community and it largely associated with one of its main streets, Bedford Avenue. Currently residents see Williamsburg as lively neighbourhood with easy access to Manhattan, also a magnet for young people moving to New York City. 'Who's going Art-Savvy Students. Where to crash ZIP112.' - Lauren Viera | Chicago Tribune Reporter ZIP112 has 2 female dorms, 1 Double room with Shared bathrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony with great view of Manhattan. IMPORTANT NOTICE: WALK - UP TO 5TH FLOOR NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IF YOU CARRY BIG AND HEAVY LUGGAGES, STAFFS WILL HELP YOU MOVE YOUR HEAVY LUGGAGES TO 5TH FLOOR. FREE unlimited wireless high-speed Internet access in all rooms. To use it, you must have the appropriate Wi-Fi wireless access card installed on your computer, other then that, there are two computers that have internet access in common area. Skype Internet Phone Capable. Mobile Phone Rental available. Open Kitchen for our guests, and we offer a breakfast as Cereal, Coffee, and Milk in every Morning. We provide a Towel, shampoo, and soap. Private Lockers and Keys are offered. Keys-deposit $20. Enjoy our balcony with free great view of Manhattan. We do not offer guest laundry services but there are several laundries nearby our hostel. Policy - Valid Passport or Photo ID required to Check-in. Scheduled check-in only. Checkout time is 12 noon. As we do not have a traditional 24-hour front desk, you must notify us your arrival time. All arrivals need to provide flight information or other arrival details in order to confirm arrival time. All patrons must arrive on time unless otherwise notify us. Airports to ZIP112(Williamsburg, Brooklyn): 30-40 Minutes (non-traffic) and 50-70 Minutes (traffic) Mature, quiet guests are preferred. We do everything we can do to preserve a tranquil atmosphere in our hostel. If you would like to bring a child with you, please contact us. Children under 18 must be in rooms accompanied by a parent. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children five or under. Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the common areas except the balcony. Evidence of smoking in the room or common areas will result in an additional charge of $250 will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue. Any kind of open flames, including lit cigarettes or burning candles, are not allowed in the room. No Alcoholic Beverage. No pets are allowed. Reservation- There is Minimum reservation of two (2) nights. Minimum stay requirements may be reduced for reservations made within one week of arrival. Cancellation and Payment Policy - ZIPNY maintains a strict cancellation policy. You must notify us at least 7days prior to arrival time Any days within 7 days will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation of the day of Check-in will be charged the full nights stay. Please be courteous enough to inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans. Upon arrival, full payment will be accepted in cash (USD). We do not accept personal checks and credit cards.
