One suggestion - paintings & colour in your main building are charming - add a few more of these personal touches in your second building across the street and it would be perfect, All the best!close

Not a bad hostel, bit far out of Central New York, but is only about a 10 min walk to the subway.

I didn't feel comfortable with the neighboorhood in the beginning but after a few days it was clear it was a wrong feeling. The minor thing was the location: it takes about half an hour to go downtown and there's nothing to do in this part of brooklyn. If I come back to NY I'll certainly consider coming here again. Oh yeah : the matresses are heavenly!close

If you want to sleep, don`t go! It was noise at inside and outside the building every night, screaming and laughing. And staff had many promises which were not true. At first it was difficult to get towels and write keys.

Staff did not provide good explanation and only after talking to three staff I could understand why that happened. Still, I believe that the problem could be solved. Making people checking out and checking in again is a disservice to your customers.close
