How is Chic&Budget 131 like? It is an affordable accommodation in a clean, comfortable environment that feels like at home away from home. Chic&Budget 131 is a historic brownstone duplex guesthouse located in uptown Manhattan, with 3 spacious rooms with private bathroom each of them, fitted wardrobe save, i-pod docking station and flat screen TV. Double room: up to 2 people with a double bed and the private bathroom outside the room. Parlor room: up to 3 people with a double bed, a sofa-bed and the private bathroom outside the room. Garden room: with its own fabulous backyard! Up to 3 people with a double bed, a sofa-bed and the private bathroom inside the room. The shared spaces are the kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a living-dining room with a table, chairs and sofa. The rooms are all very catchy decorated, have air conditioning for hot summer days, fitted wardrobe, private bathroom, safe and flat screen TV. A beautiful guest house with charm and style!
